Sorry it took so long! I was having a hard time with Sony Vegas Pro as it wouldn’t render. It lagged, the preview screen went black. It was problems after problem, but I finally got it to work after about a week.

Yesterday we did back. I skipped cardio today because I woke up late. I had to go to work, then at night the gym was closing. Here’s a list of our exercises:

I want to go through my day learning. If I’m not learning I want to be doing. Executing. I don’t want a minute to go to waste.
I just wanted to post a video so that I at least keep up with my goal. I am still learning on how to edit and use Youtube, so bear with me please.
I’ve decided for now that I will be doing book reviews. I am currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kyosaki.
